By using swisscyberinstitute.com (and its sub‑domains), you agree to follow the terms below. Some sections only apply to paid services; if you’re not comfortable with these terms, stop using the site.

Browsing or reading the website does not create a contract. A contract exists only when you place an order and Swiss Cyber Institute sends you a confirmation email accepting that order.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

Account: Your login details and payment information.
Content: Everything on the website (text, images, video, etc.).
Facilities: Online tools and services Swiss Cyber Institute provides.
Services: The e‑learning courses offered on the site. Payment Information: Your card or banking details.
Premises: Swiss Cyber Institute’s business address.
System: Communication tools on the site, such as message boards and chat.
User: Anyone using the site who isn’t employed by Swiss Cyber Institute.
We/Us/Our: Swiss Cyber Institute.

2. Age Restrictions

  • Prices can change, but we honour the price shown at the time you order.

  • Your order is an offer we can accept or decline. A contract begins when we send a confirmation email.

  • We aim to deliver services within a few working days but can’t guarantee exact times.

  • Payment occurs on the date of purchase and on a monthly cycle thereafter if applicable.

9. Cancellations

You may cancel by written notice (email is acceptable). We retain the following amounts to cover administration and reserved resources:

  • < 30 days before start or after start   100 % of tuition

10. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Swiss data protection laws.

  • We use your data to provide services, process payments, and inform you about new offerings (you can opt out of marketing).

  • We won’t share your data without your consent, except with credit reference agencies when necessary.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations

  • The site and services are provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee that it will meet your requirements, be free of errors, or produce specific results.

  • We’re not liable for losses arising from using the website, except where the law says we must be.

12. Changes to the Site and Terms
