Ideal candidate profiles

A hands-on professional who uses generative AI in daily work and wants a structured, measurable method to write, test, refine, and govern prompts for consistent high-quality outcomes.

Operational AI user (business function)

Uses tools like ChatGPT/Copilot for emails, reports, policies, summaries, and wants clearer prompts + fewer wrong/variable outputs through context and specificity.

Process or product builder

Designs repeatable workflows (templates, SOPs, customer/service scripts) and needs iteration methods, evaluation metrics, and prompt versioning to standardise results.

Responsible AI advocate (risk/quality mindset)

Works in environments where mistakes are costly and needs bias awareness, ethical prompting, and consistency controls aligned with responsible use.

Highlights of the training

Ready to upskill yourself in your AI-driven career?

Write your awesome label here.

Build solid prompt-engineering foundations

Understand what prompt engineering is, why it matters, and how generative AI works (including the differences across model families such as GPT- and BERT-style architectures).

Iterate, test, and measure prompt quality

Move beyond trial-and-error by applying an iterative workflow (draft → test → refine), tracking versions, and using qualitative + quantitative evaluation criteria.

Write prompts with clarity and the right context

Learn how to structure instructions, add minimal-but-sufficient context, and define inputs/outputs so the model delivers consistent, usable results.

Use advanced techniques responsibly

Apply few-shot and zero-shot prompting, reduce ambiguity, improve accuracy, and identify/mitigate bias and ethical risks in real-world use cases.
